One for the Books

thank_you

To be honest, I find it hard to believe this anniversary is here already. As of tomorrow [Friday, June 5th] the website will have been up and running for a year. 52 weeks, 34 posts, over 50 comments and – finally! – one short story. It’s more than I expected to achieve in just a year; I’ve learned a great deal and there’s more that I wish to improve, but I wanted to take a moment and shine a light on some of the people who’ve made this journey so memorable thus far.

For anyone who’s commented, whether here or on Facebook or Twitter: Thank you.

To Kelly Livett and Jamie Cooper who helped me in the early days and beyond: Thank you.

For the many brilliant conversations and shared ideas, my heartfelt thanks to Owen O’Neill. Also, if you sign up for the newsletter, you have Owen to thank. It was his idea that encouraged me to finally sit down and figure out the subscription and newsletter. It’s still early days, but I hope it proves to be useful to keep readers on top of new content.

In the weeks and months to come, it’s my goal to add many more posts and stories to these pages. If there’s any way that I can improve the user experience on your end, please don’t hesitant to leave a comment below or even take the time to email me – if you feel so inclined.

Again, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the joys and insight that you’ve brought to me over this past year. Here’s to another wonderful year of sharing and learning together.

See you in the next post, my friends …
